Choose a sharp tip set such as Balti, Milano or Nivorra for detailed finishing, micro-highs and sharp creases. Choose a round tip set such as Berlin, Madrid or Singapore for smooth pushes that help avoid high spots.

Kassel has 10 rods in 5 sizes, each in a left and a right bend. Munich has 6 rods in left and right, Rijeka is a 10 mm x 70 cm left and right pair, and Lombok is a 70 cm C-bend pair in left and right.

Choose a thin profile. London uses 5 mm rods (25 to 65 cm), Milano 6 mm rods (25, 35 and 45 cm) and Munich 6 mm left and right rods (15, 25 and 35 cm). Norelia combines 6 mm and 8 mm rods in one 7-piece set.

Erbora uses 12 mm rods (45 and 60 cm) with polished round tips for large open panels such as hoods and roofs. Zorvella uses 10 mm rods (40 and 60 cm) with thick round tips for medium to large dents on hoods and open panels.

Yes. The New York, Roma and Yenova Editions have threaded heads for interchangeable tips. Each is offered in an M8 or a 5/16 thread version, so choose the one that matches the tips you already use.

Both offer similar flexibility and hardness. Stainless rods are lower maintenance; uncoated spring steel can surface-rust over time unless you wipe it down with a light protective oil such as WD-40. If you want zero upkeep, go stainless.
