Where we ship from

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Turkey.

Where we ship to

We ship worldwide using FedEx, UPS, and DHL. If your country is not supported at checkout, please contact us at support@dentpdr.com before placing an order.

Dispatch time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays (Turkey) are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

  • Typical delivery: 2–5 business days worldwide, depending on destination.
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and may vary due to local conditions, customs clearance, weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
  • We do not guarantee delivery on any specific day.

Shipping terms (DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid)

We ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means:

  • Import duties, taxes, tariffs, VAT, and customs fees charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Please check your country's import rules before ordering. If you are unsure what to expect, contact your local customs office or the carrier.

If you refuse to pay import charges

Because international return shipping typically costs more than the product itself, we do not accept parcels returned to us for this reason. If you choose not to pay the import charges required by your country:

  • The parcel should be abandoned at customs or disposed of by the carrier. Most carriers will do this automatically if duties are refused.
  • The order is not eligible for refund. Product cost and original shipping charges are both non-refundable in this case.
  • If you ship the parcel back to us despite this policy — whether directly or via the carrier — we reserve the right to refuse delivery and decline any refund. Any costs arising from the return attempt are your responsibility.

This policy is necessary because return logistics on international orders are disproportionately expensive. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this.

Carrier responsibility

Once an order leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL):

  • Responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for delays, misdelivery, lost parcels, or damage that occurs during transit once the carrier has accepted the shipment.
  • If a delivery issue occurs, please first contact the carrier using the tracking number we provided. If you need our help escalating, write to support@dentpdr.com and we will do our best to assist, but final resolution is at the carrier's discretion.
  • If the carrier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, a missed delivery, or the buyer's failure to collect the parcel, we are not responsible for costs related to return, re-shipping, or refund.

Lost or damaged parcels

  • During transit: claims must be filed with the carrier first, using the tracking number. We will assist where possible but cannot be held liable for carrier-side issues.
  • After delivery confirmed: once the carrier marks the parcel as delivered, the order is considered delivered. We cannot refund or replace items based on post-delivery loss or theft.

PayPal buyer protection

Every order is processed through PayPal with up to 180 days of buyer protection. If a dispute arises, you can open a case directly with PayPal.

Address accuracy

The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We cannot change addresses after dispatch. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address:

  • We will contact you for a correct address.
  • Re-shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility.
  • If no response is received within 14 days, the order will be considered cancelled and refunded minus original shipping costs and any carrier return fees.
