Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

Last updated: 16 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.dentpdr.com and any purchase from DentPDR.

The Site is operated by BAYNAL LIMITED, trading as DentPDR. BAYNAL LIMITED is registered in England and Wales under company number 16981790, with its registered office at Suite 10427, 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country are not excluded or reduced by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and customer type

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you purchase on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

Some provisions differ for consumers and business customers. A "consumer" is an individual acting mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. A "business customer" is any person purchasing wholly or mainly for professional or commercial purposes.

2. Our store

DentPDR supplies paintless dent repair tools, equipment, parts and related products. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and process orders.

We may update, suspend or discontinue a Site feature or product where reasonably necessary. This does not affect a contract already accepted except where permitted by law or agreed with you.

3. Product information

We aim to describe products accurately. Images, colours and video may vary depending on device, lighting, production batch and configuration. Dimensions, weight, material, hardness, thread, tip, compatibility, temperature range and included components apply only where stated for the selected product and variant.

You are responsible for checking product dimensions, access requirements, thread systems, power compatibility, vehicle application and intended use before ordering. Contact us before purchase if compatibility is unclear.

Product titles such as "professional", "premium" or a city or edition name identify a product range or positioning. They do not guarantee a particular repair outcome, because results also depend on damage, access, technique and user skill. This statement does not exclude or reduce any requirement that goods match their description.

4. Professional tools and safe use

PDR tools can cause injury, paint damage, panel damage, fire, chemical exposure or property loss if used incorrectly. Use products only for their stated purpose, follow supplied instructions, wear appropriate protective equipment and obtain professional training where necessary.

Do not use heat, adhesive, solvent, pulling, tension or impact products unless you understand the relevant hazards. The customer is responsible for complying with workplace, chemical, transport and vehicle-manufacturer requirements that apply to their use.

5. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices may be displayed in a market-specific currency. The price shown at checkout for the selected product, destination and currency is the price used for the order, subject to correction of an obvious error.

Product prices, shipping charges, discounts and free-shipping thresholds may vary by market. Import VAT, customs duty, tariffs, brokerage and destination charges may be payable in addition unless checkout expressly states that they are included.

We may change prices prospectively. A price change does not affect an order already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing error and applicable law allows correction or cancellation.

6. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated order-confirmation message acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods, depending on the process stated in the confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • Product unavailability or an incorrect availability status;
  • An obvious pricing, description, currency or discount error;
  • Payment failure, fraud or sanctions risk;
  • An incomplete, invalid or unsupported address;
  • Product, carrier, customs or destination restrictions;
  • Suspected resale abuse or unlawful activity; or
  • A quantity or configuration that we cannot reasonably fulfil.

If we cancel after receiving payment, we will refund the affected amount unless lawfully withheld for another reason.

7. Payment

You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total. Payment providers may apply their own terms and security checks.

You must provide accurate billing and payment information and be authorised to use the payment method. We are not responsible for fees charged independently by your bank, card issuer, wallet provider or currency-conversion provider.

8. Availability, preorder and backorder

An "in stock", "available", preorder or estimated-dispatch label is based on the information available when displayed. It is not a guarantee until the order is accepted and allocated for fulfilment.

If an item is delayed or unavailable, we may offer a revised date, an alternative, a partial shipment or a refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

9. Shipping and delivery

Orders are fulfilled from Turkey. Shipping availability, rate, method and free-shipping threshold depend on destination and product. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, international delivery is on a Delivered at Place basis and the recipient is responsible for destination import charges.

For consumer orders, risk remains with us until delivery to you or a person identified by you, except where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us. Different risk terms may apply to a business order where expressly agreed.

10. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Our Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Our commercial process accepts manufacturing-defect return requests made within 30 days after delivery. UK and EEA consumers may also have a separate 14-day right to withdraw from an eligible distance contract without giving a reason. Faulty or misdescribed goods may carry additional rights that continue beyond these periods.

A business customer's change-of-mind return is accepted only where agreed in writing, unless mandatory law states otherwise.

11. Statutory rights and product remedies

Goods supplied to consumers must meet the standards required by applicable law, including requirements relating to description, quality, fitness and conformity.

UK consumers may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. EEA consumers may have a minimum legal guarantee under applicable national law implementing EU rules. These rights are not replaced by a manufacturer warranty or by our voluntary 30-day process.

Where a product does not conform, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction, rejection or refund, depending on the law, timing and circumstances.

12. Promotions and discount codes

A promotion is subject to its stated dates, products, markets, minimum spend, currency and exclusions. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated. A discount has no cash value and may be cancelled where obtained through abuse, error or fraud.

Any comparison with a previous price is subject to the price-history rules that apply in the relevant market.

13. Customer accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.

We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or material breach of these Terms.

14. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, image, video, question or other content, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to submit it;
  • It is accurate to your experience;
  • It does not infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other rights;
  • It is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, deceptive or promotional spam; and
  • You disclose any incentive or commercial relationship where required.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, translate and display submitted content for operating and marketing DentPDR, subject to applicable privacy law and any platform settings. You retain ownership of your content.

We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, but we do not promise to review every submission.

15. Intellectual property

The Site and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, design, software and compilation are owned by or licensed to BAYNAL LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

You may use the Site for personal or internal business purchasing purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, reverse engineer, remove rights notices or commercially exploit Site content without written permission, except where law expressly permits.

16. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity;
  • Interfere with security, availability, checkout or another user's access;
  • Introduce malware or attempt unauthorised access;
  • Use automated systems in a way that imposes an unreasonable load or bypasses access controls;
  • Submit false identity, payment, review, customs or delivery information;
  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights; or
  • Purchase, export, re-export or use goods in violation of sanctions, export controls or local law.

17. Third-party services and links

The Site may contain third-party services, payment methods, applications or links. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party content or acts outside our control. This does not remove responsibility that applicable law places on us for our own contract with you.

18. Site availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the Site secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may correct errors, update information and perform maintenance.

General educational content is provided for information and does not replace product instructions, vehicle-manufacturer guidance, safety training, engineering advice or legal advice.

19. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of mandatory consumer rights.

For consumers, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, for business losses suffered by a consumer, or for damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow instructions.

For business customers, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or business interruption. Our aggregate contractual liability to a business customer will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where a higher limitation is required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

20. Indemnity for business misuse

A business customer will indemnify BAYNAL LIMITED against third-party claims and reasonable losses arising from the business customer's unlawful resale, unauthorised product claims, sanctions breach, unsafe modification or use contrary to instructions, except to the extent caused by our breach or negligence.

21. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, natural disaster, conflict, epidemic, labour dispute, cyber incident, utility failure, government restriction or supply-chain interruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and will preserve any mandatory right you have to cancel for late delivery.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version in force when an order is accepted normally governs that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

23. Severability and waiver

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.

24. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right a consumer has to rely on the law or courts of their country of residence.

Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a dispute. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking an urgent remedy or using a mandatory consumer dispute process.

We are not currently committed to participating in a particular UK alternative dispute resolution scheme. If a consumer complaint remains unresolved and applicable law requires an ADR disclosure, we will provide information about a competent approved ADR entity and state whether we agree or are required to participate.
