Where do orders ship from?
Every order is picked and dispatched from our warehouse in Bursa, Turkey, and shipped with tracked international carriers such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx through our logistics partner.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to more than 80 countries, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, the EU, the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia. If checkout does not offer your country, message us and we will check a route.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship with express carriers, so international transit is typically a few business days depending on the destination. You receive the tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Use it on the carrier's site, or send us your order number and we will check it for you.
Is shipping free?
Orders above a cart threshold ship free. The exact threshold for your country is shown in the cart and at checkout.
Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Depending on the destination country, international shipments may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, or taxes. These are set and collected by your country's customs authority, not by us.

Should I choose spring steel or stainless steel?
Both offer similar flexibility and hardness. Stainless rods are lower maintenance; uncoated spring steel can surface-rust over time unless you wipe it down with a light protective oil such as WD-40. If you want zero upkeep, go stainless.
Where are the tools manufactured?
Our tools are manufactured in Türkiye from stainless steel and special spring steels, and every order is dispatched from our own warehouse in Bursa.
Do you offer custom sizes or custom production?
For larger orders, custom sizes and custom production can be arranged. Contact us with the geometry and quantities you need.
Are these tools only for professionals?
They are designed for professional PDR technicians, but trainees and newly qualified users work with the same range. Tell us your level and we will point you to the right starting set.
