Shipping Policy
Last updated: 16 July 2026
This policy explains how orders placed through www.dentpdr.com are processed and delivered. DentPDR is a trading name of BAYNAL LIMITED.
1. Dispatch origin
Orders are fulfilled from our operational warehouse in Turkey. BAYNAL LIMITED's registered office in London is not a warehouse, collection point or return destination.
2. Order processing
In-stock orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days after payment and order checks are completed. Weekends and public holidays in Turkey are not business days.
Preorder, made-to-order, specially sourced, customised, oversized or restricted products may require additional time. Where a different handling time is stated on a product page, at checkout or in the order confirmation, that specific handling time applies.
We may contact you before dispatch to verify an address, product compatibility, destination eligibility, payment, customs information or shipping method.
3. Shipping destinations
We ship only to destinations available at checkout. The availability of a country in a general country selector does not guarantee that every product can be shipped there. Product type, size, weight, adhesive classification, carrier restrictions, sanctions, customs rules and local law may limit delivery.
If checkout does not offer a shipping method, contact support@dentpdr.com before ordering. We do not guarantee that an unsupported destination can be served.
4. Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds
Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds vary by destination market, currency, order value, product type and shipping method. The rate and threshold displayed at checkout for your delivery address are controlling.
There is no single worldwide free-shipping threshold. Banners, advertisements or promotional summaries must be read together with the market-specific rate shown at checkout. Oversized, dangerous-goods, remote-area, freight or specially handled products may be excluded from a general free-shipping offer where this is clearly shown before payment.
5. Carriers and shipping methods
We use ShipEntegra and its available logistics partners. Depending on destination, package and service level, the carrier may include UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, another parcel partner or a road-freight provider. A carrier named on the Site is an example and is not guaranteed unless it is specifically confirmed for your order.
Economy, standard, express, freight and free-shipping services may use different carriers or routes. We may select or change the carrier where reasonably necessary to complete delivery without materially reducing the service purchased.
6. Delivery estimates
Any delivery date or transit time is an estimate unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date in writing. Delivery can be affected by customs clearance, destination controls, carrier capacity, weather, strikes, remote-area routing, security events, incorrect address information and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If no delivery time has been specifically agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and normally no later than 30 days after the contract is formed, as required by applicable consumer law. If delivery is late, a consumer may ask us to complete delivery within a reasonable additional period and may then cancel if we fail to do so. An additional period is not required where we refuse delivery or where an agreed delivery date was essential under applicable law.
7. Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address used for the order. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created or after the parcel is transferred between carriers.
8. Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery name, address, postcode, telephone number and any customs information requested at checkout.
Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfilment starts. Where permitted by law, additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied address, missed delivery, refusal or failure to collect may be charged to the customer.
9. Customs, import VAT and duties
Unless checkout or the order confirmation expressly states that import duties and taxes are included, international orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place basis. The recipient is responsible for import VAT, customs duty, tariffs, brokerage, storage, clearance and other destination charges imposed by authorities or carriers.
These amounts are not controlled by DentPDR and may not be included in the product or shipping price. Please check local import rules before ordering. We cannot declare a false value, description, origin or tariff classification.
If a parcel is refused, abandoned or not collected because destination charges are unpaid, we will handle any refund in accordance with applicable law. Where legally permitted, actual outbound shipping, return freight, customs, storage, disposal and carrier charges may be deducted. We do not apply a blanket forfeiture where mandatory consumer rights require a different outcome.
10. Split shipments, oversized goods and freight
We may split an order into multiple parcels where reasonably necessary. Tracking may be issued separately for each parcel.
Long rods, large lights, stands, tension systems and other oversized equipment may require freight, special packaging, an alternative carrier or an additional quotation. We will contact you before dispatch if the checkout rate cannot reasonably cover the required service.
11. Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries
Inspect the parcel promptly after delivery. If the parcel or product is damaged, incorrect or incomplete:
- Notify us as soon as reasonably possible at support@dentpdr.com;
- Keep the product, all packaging and the shipping label;
- Provide clear photographs or video of the parcel and product; and
- Do not discard or repair the item before we provide instructions.
We will work with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law. For consumer orders, risk remains with us until the goods are delivered to you or a person identified by you, except where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us.
12. Lost parcels
A delayed tracking scan does not always mean that a parcel is lost. We may need to complete the carrier's investigation before issuing a replacement or refund. This does not limit any right you have under applicable law for late or failed delivery.
13. Returns
Do not return a parcel to the sender address or registered office without authorisation. Return instructions and the correct destination are provided after approval. See our Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Return & Refund
Last updated: 16 July 2026
This policy applies to purchases made from DentPDR at www.dentpdr.com. DentPDR is a trading name of BAYNAL LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16981790.
We operate a clear return process for manufacturing defects, incorrect items and goods damaged before delivery. This commercial policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
1. Before requesting a return
Please contact us before sending any item. Unauthorised returns may be delayed, refused where permitted by law, or returned to the sender.
Email support@dentpdr.com and provide:
- Your order number;
- The product name and quantity affected;
- A clear description of the issue;
- Clear photographs or video showing the product, packaging, shipping label and issue; and
- The date on which the item was delivered.
If a return is authorised, we will provide the correct return destination and instructions. Our registered office is not a return warehouse. Do not send products to the registered office unless we expressly instruct you to do so in writing.
2. Our 30-day manufacturing-defect return process
You may request a return review within 30 calendar days after delivery if the product:
- Has a manufacturing or material defect;
- Arrived damaged;
- Is materially different from the product ordered; or
- Is missing a component that was stated as included.
To help us assess the product fairly, the item should be complete, clean and returned with all accessories, manuals and components. Please keep and use the original packaging wherever reasonably possible. Missing original packaging does not remove any mandatory legal right relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods.
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, improper installation, unauthorised modification, use outside the product's stated purpose, failure to follow safety instructions, or choosing an incompatible product where compatibility was accurately described are not manufacturing defects.
For adhesives and other condition-sensitive products, we may request evidence of storage, temperature, installation or use where reasonably necessary to distinguish a manufacturing defect from damage caused after delivery.
3. Inspection and available remedies
We may inspect the returned product and the evidence supplied. If a qualifying defect, shipping damage, incorrect item or missing component is confirmed, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may be:
- Replacement of the missing component;
- Repair;
- Replacement of the product;
- A proportionate price reduction; or
- A refund.
Nothing in this policy removes a consumer's right to reject faulty goods, request repair or replacement, or use another statutory remedy where applicable.
4. Return shipping costs
Confirmed faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods
Where goods are faulty, damaged before delivery, incorrect or misdescribed, BAYNAL LIMITED will bear the return cost as required by law. We will provide a prepaid label, arrange collection, or reimburse the tracked return cost for the method we approve. If an approved method is not available, we will agree the return method and cost with you in writing before shipment. Choosing an unapproved premium or expedited service does not require us to reimburse the premium element unless we agreed to it or applicable law requires it.
Change-of-mind or statutory withdrawal returns
For an eligible change-of-mind or statutory withdrawal return, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to pay. Long, heavy or oversized PDR tools may be expensive to return internationally and the cost can be substantially higher than the original outbound shipping charge. If a product cannot normally be returned by standard post, contact us before purchase for an indicative return-cost estimate for your destination and the selected product.
Other voluntary returns
If we exceptionally agree to accept a return that is not required by law and does not involve a defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, customs documentation, duties and related charges.
5. UK and EEA consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area and your purchase is covered by distance-selling law, you may normally withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period normally begins after the last item is received.
To exercise this right, send a clear statement to support@dentpdr.com before the withdrawal period expires. You must then send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us, unless we agree to collect them.
You may inspect goods only as you reasonably would in a physical shop. We may reduce the refund to reflect diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
For a valid statutory withdrawal, we will refund the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered for the order. We do not have to refund the additional cost of an express or premium delivery option selected by you. The direct cost of return is your responsibility where this was disclosed before purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first. We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the goods back or receiving acceptable evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first.
The statutory withdrawal right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods that become inseparably mixed after delivery, or other products excluded by applicable law. These exceptions do not remove rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
6. Business customers
Business-to-business purchases do not normally include a consumer cooling-off right. Unless mandatory law states otherwise, a business customer's change-of-mind return is accepted only if we agree in writing. Rights relating to confirmed manufacturing defects, incorrect goods and contractual warranties continue to apply.
7. Order cancellation
Contact support@dentpdr.com as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order.
- If the order has not entered fulfilment, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.
- If the order has already been packed, handed to a carrier or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Any applicable withdrawal or return process will then apply after delivery.
- Custom, personalised or specially sourced orders may not be cancellable after production or procurement has started, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Return condition and packaging
Returns must be packaged securely and include all supplied parts and accessories. Where reasonably possible, use the original product packaging inside a suitable outer shipping box. Do not attach shipping labels directly to retail packaging.
You are responsible for the return parcel until it is delivered to the authorised return destination, except where we arrange collection. Use a tracked and appropriately insured service. We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate return packaging.
9. Items that cannot be returned for change of mind
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:
- Gift cards;
- Custom-made, personalised or specially modified products;
- Products that have been materially used, altered, contaminated or damaged after delivery;
- Opened products that cannot safely or lawfully be resold due to their nature; or
- Goods that have become inseparably mixed with other items.
Sale and promotional items retain the same mandatory rights relating to defects, description and fitness for purpose as full-price items.
10. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued using the same means of payment as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. Processing times after we issue the refund vary by payment provider. We do not charge a refund administration fee.
For a statutory withdrawal, deductions are limited to those permitted by applicable law, such as diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary and any premium outbound-delivery upgrade above the least expensive standard option.
For a voluntary non-statutory return, and only where permitted by law and agreed as part of the return authorisation, we may deduct:
- Missing components or accessories;
- Unpaid return, customs or carrier charges caused by an unauthorised return; or
- Actual costs arising from a refused or uncollected parcel, subject to applicable consumer law.
We will not make a deduction that would remove or reduce a mandatory remedy for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
11. Model cancellation form
You may use the following form to exercise a statutory withdrawal right, but you are not required to use it:

Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 16 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.dentpdr.com and any purchase from DentPDR.
The Site is operated by BAYNAL LIMITED, trading as DentPDR. BAYNAL LIMITED is registered in England and Wales under company number 16981790, with its registered office at Suite 10427, 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country are not excluded or reduced by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and customer type
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you purchase on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
Some provisions differ for consumers and business customers. A "consumer" is an individual acting mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. A "business customer" is any person purchasing wholly or mainly for professional or commercial purposes.
2. Our store
DentPDR supplies paintless dent repair tools, equipment, parts and related products. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and process orders.
We may update, suspend or discontinue a Site feature or product where reasonably necessary. This does not affect a contract already accepted except where permitted by law or agreed with you.
3. Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Images, colours and video may vary depending on device, lighting, production batch and configuration. Dimensions, weight, material, hardness, thread, tip, compatibility, temperature range and included components apply only where stated for the selected product and variant.
You are responsible for checking product dimensions, access requirements, thread systems, power compatibility, vehicle application and intended use before ordering. Contact us before purchase if compatibility is unclear.
Product titles such as "professional", "premium" or a city or edition name identify a product range or positioning. They do not guarantee a particular repair outcome, because results also depend on damage, access, technique and user skill. This statement does not exclude or reduce any requirement that goods match their description.
4. Professional tools and safe use
PDR tools can cause injury, paint damage, panel damage, fire, chemical exposure or property loss if used incorrectly. Use products only for their stated purpose, follow supplied instructions, wear appropriate protective equipment and obtain professional training where necessary.
Do not use heat, adhesive, solvent, pulling, tension or impact products unless you understand the relevant hazards. The customer is responsible for complying with workplace, chemical, transport and vehicle-manufacturer requirements that apply to their use.
5. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices may be displayed in a market-specific currency. The price shown at checkout for the selected product, destination and currency is the price used for the order, subject to correction of an obvious error.
Product prices, shipping charges, discounts and free-shipping thresholds may vary by market. Import VAT, customs duty, tariffs, brokerage and destination charges may be payable in addition unless checkout expressly states that they are included.
We may change prices prospectively. A price change does not affect an order already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing error and applicable law allows correction or cancellation.
6. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated order-confirmation message acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods, depending on the process stated in the confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including because of:
- Product unavailability or an incorrect availability status;
- An obvious pricing, description, currency or discount error;
- Payment failure, fraud or sanctions risk;
- An incomplete, invalid or unsupported address;
- Product, carrier, customs or destination restrictions;
- Suspected resale abuse or unlawful activity; or
- A quantity or configuration that we cannot reasonably fulfil.
If we cancel after receiving payment, we will refund the affected amount unless lawfully withheld for another reason.
7. Payment
You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total. Payment providers may apply their own terms and security checks.
You must provide accurate billing and payment information and be authorised to use the payment method. We are not responsible for fees charged independently by your bank, card issuer, wallet provider or currency-conversion provider.
8. Availability, preorder and backorder
An "in stock", "available", preorder or estimated-dispatch label is based on the information available when displayed. It is not a guarantee until the order is accepted and allocated for fulfilment.
If an item is delayed or unavailable, we may offer a revised date, an alternative, a partial shipment or a refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
9. Shipping and delivery
Orders are fulfilled from Turkey. Shipping availability, rate, method and free-shipping threshold depend on destination and product. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, international delivery is on a Delivered at Place basis and the recipient is responsible for destination import charges.
For consumer orders, risk remains with us until delivery to you or a person identified by you, except where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us. Different risk terms may apply to a business order where expressly agreed.
10. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Our Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
Our commercial process accepts manufacturing-defect return requests made within 30 days after delivery. UK and EEA consumers may also have a separate 14-day right to withdraw from an eligible distance contract without giving a reason. Faulty or misdescribed goods may carry additional rights that continue beyond these periods.
A business customer's change-of-mind return is accepted only where agreed in writing, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
11. Statutory rights and product remedies
Goods supplied to consumers must meet the standards required by applicable law, including requirements relating to description, quality, fitness and conformity.
UK consumers may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. EEA consumers may have a minimum legal guarantee under applicable national law implementing EU rules. These rights are not replaced by a manufacturer warranty or by our voluntary 30-day process.
Where a product does not conform, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction, rejection or refund, depending on the law, timing and circumstances.
12. Promotions and discount codes
A promotion is subject to its stated dates, products, markets, minimum spend, currency and exclusions. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated. A discount has no cash value and may be cancelled where obtained through abuse, error or fraud.
Any comparison with a previous price is subject to the price-history rules that apply in the relevant market.
13. Customer accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.
We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or material breach of these Terms.
14. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, image, video, question or other content, you confirm that:
- You have the right to submit it;
- It is accurate to your experience;
- It does not infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other rights;
- It is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, deceptive or promotional spam; and
- You disclose any incentive or commercial relationship where required.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, translate and display submitted content for operating and marketing DentPDR, subject to applicable privacy law and any platform settings. You retain ownership of your content.
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, but we do not promise to review every submission.
15. Intellectual property
The Site and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, design, software and compilation are owned by or licensed to BAYNAL LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
You may use the Site for personal or internal business purchasing purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, reverse engineer, remove rights notices or commercially exploit Site content without written permission, except where law expressly permits.
16. Prohibited use
You must not:
- Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity;
- Interfere with security, availability, checkout or another user's access;
- Introduce malware or attempt unauthorised access;
- Use automated systems in a way that imposes an unreasonable load or bypasses access controls;
- Submit false identity, payment, review, customs or delivery information;
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights; or
- Purchase, export, re-export or use goods in violation of sanctions, export controls or local law.
17. Third-party services and links
The Site may contain third-party services, payment methods, applications or links. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party content or acts outside our control. This does not remove responsibility that applicable law places on us for our own contract with you.
18. Site availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the Site secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may correct errors, update information and perform maintenance.
General educational content is provided for information and does not replace product instructions, vehicle-manufacturer guidance, safety training, engineering advice or legal advice.
19. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of mandatory consumer rights.
For consumers, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, for business losses suffered by a consumer, or for damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow instructions.
For business customers, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or business interruption. Our aggregate contractual liability to a business customer will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where a higher limitation is required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
20. Indemnity for business misuse
A business customer will indemnify BAYNAL LIMITED against third-party claims and reasonable losses arising from the business customer's unlawful resale, unauthorised product claims, sanctions breach, unsafe modification or use contrary to instructions, except to the extent caused by our breach or negligence.
21. Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, natural disaster, conflict, epidemic, labour dispute, cyber incident, utility failure, government restriction or supply-chain interruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and will preserve any mandatory right you have to cancel for late delivery.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively. The version in force when an order is accepted normally governs that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
23. Severability and waiver
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
24. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right a consumer has to rely on the law or courts of their country of residence.
Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a dispute. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking an urgent remedy or using a mandatory consumer dispute process.
We are not currently committed to participating in a particular UK alternative dispute resolution scheme. If a consumer complaint remains unresolved and applicable law requires an ADR disclosure, we will provide information about a competent approved ADR entity and state whether we agree or are required to participate.
